From selling drones to running a farm service platform
We did not start by writing software. We started by going out and selling drones and crop products, then built the system from the problems we hit on the ground.
Stage 01
Selling drones and crop products
It began with getting agricultural aircraft, the “Dinthong” soil conditioner and the “Pan Ngoen” herbal product directly into farmers' hands
Stage 02
Building a sub-district franchise network
We opened an online shop franchise model so local people could promote our products and earn through the scheme
Stage 03
Growing the Farm Hub network
Raising drone operators in each district into hubs that take work, with pilots, drones and a shared standard of working
Stage 04
Building the drone booking platform
With BT San Technology we built booking, hub matching, job tracking and quality checks so it all finishes in one place
