Pre-flight checks on every job
We went out and talked to farmers, drone owners and contract spraying pilots. The same six problems came up again and again.

You ask around the village for who owns a drone and who is free which day. There is no single place that lists the operators.

Every operator charges a different rate per rai, and you do not learn what travel and chemical add on top until the job is finished.

The schedule lives in a notebook, slots clash often, and customer details are scattered across several chat threads.

Jobs arrive by phone only. A pilot has no way to know how many jobs tomorrow holds, where they are, or how pay is worked out.

You have paid, and now you wait at the field with no idea whether the pilot has left the hub or when they will arrive.

No before-and-after photos, no record of how many rai were actually sprayed or how much chemical was used. When something goes wrong there is nothing to check.
One job passes through the customer, the Farm Hub and the pilot. If all three use different channels, details fall through the gaps — so we put all three on the same job.

Choose from the slots your local Farm Hub still has open. The slot is held the moment you confirm, so nothing double-books.
Five slots a day, 06:00–18:00
Transfer through the payment channels in the system. The balance is due after the work is finished and accepted. Every amount is kept in the job history.
Staff check the job details and pass it to the local hub, which assigns a pilot and a drone that are free on your date.

The pilot accepts the job in the system, then has to clear all ten pre-flight checklist items: drone condition, batteries, wind, and safety around the field.
Your tracking page shows the status from the moment the pilot sets off, with an estimated arrival time. No sitting at the field all day.
See the pilot's position, job status and time elapsed on one page, along with photos taken during spraying and filed into the system.

When the work is done, the report is filed on your job page: area actually sprayed, chemical used, time taken, and before-and-after photos. Then you rate the pilot.
Scores below the threshold go straight to review
Spraying at the wrong hour wastes the chemical and the trip. When you pick a day, we pull the hourly forecast for your field's coordinates, score every slot for the next three days, and say plainly which ones to use and which to avoid.

What the system scores on
The range where droplets actually land on the leaf. Below 3, they hang in the air and never reach the crop. Above 15, they drift off your field and onto the neighbour's.
The chemical needs time to dry onto the leaf. Rain within two hours washes it into the soil — you lose the chemical and have to spray again.
In fierce heat the droplets evaporate mid-air before they reach the leaf, so the crop receives less than the intended dose.
Low humidity speeds up evaporation just as high heat does, so very dry slots lose points.
