They are not a binding rate — the actual rate is set in each hub's contract and depends on the type of job and the distance, and is calculated before chemical and travel are deducted. The online franchise is about promoting through online channels. The sub-district franchise also gets the rights to look after an area, take service work there, and earn from reselling franchises.
You can register your interest first. The team will suggest a drone package suited to your area, and once you are ready you move on to the document check to open the hub.
Every job has to clear the pre-flight checklist, with photos before, during and after the work, and the customer rates it every time. Those scores decide the order in which hubs are offered work next time round.
